Hmm, that does raise the question of whether Twixmas should be celebrated with Twix. Anyway, here’s a fun note on mimeo stuff: before the days of xerox/laser printers/whatever, they had an important role in overseas music piracy. My dad has a couple pirated LPs (LPs!) from many decades ago in South Korea (long story), and their sleeves are monochrome mimeo copies of the originals, in purple, green, orange... I think Santana’s Abraxas, Beatles’ Abbey Road and maybe a Led Zeppelin and some others.

The notifications are probably bugging out for everybody, but that’s only an assumption as I haven’t seen a wave of “My notifications aren’t working” posts. As would be expected.

Noice!!!

My mom always has a small pile of Hot Wheels for me whenever I go home to visit. Found this among them this weekend. It wasn’t under the tree, but I still think it’s one of the best gifts I got this Christmas. ^_^

And... yeah... my notifications icon isn’t telling me that I have new notifications, but if I click on it, I’ll see that there are new ones in the drop-down.
